We're on our 2nd sack of Formula⁴ Feet and the horses adore it - I used to have to mix the old supplement (product name removed by Equi Life for legal reasons!) up with allsorts to get them to eat it which was a pain when trying to feed a fussy TB and a Section A pony who seems to put on weight on practically desert and a nice view!!! I felt I had to email to let you hear the huge difference Formula⁴ Feet has made to my horse's condition. VANESSA is my 30 y.o. mare. After a successful showjumping career she is now retired on my father's farm. Two years ago she developed a problem in her near fore hoof. Several vets visited and treated her with different drugs etc to no avail. I purchased some expensive remedies and poltices to treat her myself but unfortunately the problem became rapidly worse.

Vanessa went down in the stable, unable to walk, My father and I sat with her and hand fed her until eventually we arranged for the vet to put her to sleep.

I am not comfortable sending pictures, but I would love to tell you what wonderful effects Formula⁴ Feet has had on my horses.

I have 2 Arab-Pony mares - Mausi is 35 years old and Fala, her daughter, is 13. Fala became lame (in all four hooves) a few years ago and we have been “battling” the damage in the hooves since then and also tried to determine the true underlying cause of her problem (basic digestion and metabolism problems). I tried several holistic and homeopathic remedies with some success, but her recovery was not progressing as rapidly as we hoped. A friend in Germany introduced me to Formula⁴ Feet. She had experienced great success with that product. I immediately called the UK and was given a contact in the US for Formula⁴ Feet. Fala has been receiving the supplement now for about 6 months. She is walking out into the pasture (only slightly lame), she no longer spends most of her day laying down, her coat is shiny and beautiful. Fala has regained full interest in life and today actually bucked with joy!!! I hope to ride her again…or at least to see her running and bucking in the pasture.

Formula⁴ Feet also had a great impact on my older horse. I stopped riding Mausi about 2.5 years ago because her age appeared to catch up with her very rapidly. She lost a lot of weight and became stiff and lame. Mausi also started receiving Formula⁴ Feet 6 months ago (she loves it!). I haven’t started riding her again and don’t expect to (though – it could happen!), but she has gained a significant amount of weight, her coat is shiny and she is barely lame. I also noticed that she did not grow as much hair this winter. Last year, her winter coat was extremely long and the hair was very fine (shedding was also a problem). This winter her coat never grew as long and she has already shed most of it. She has that “sparkle” back in her eyes and is working on a new trick to teach us.

The hoof quality has impressively improved for both horses. Fala had to wear specialty shoes for the last year, but has now been switched back to regular shoes by her farrier. Mausi’s joints and hooves have also improved significantly, allowing her to slowly recover her original hoof shape that was impacted by her leg and joint problems.

Dear Equi Life, I simply had to put pen to paper to let you know, for the past year or just over, I've been feeding my Gelderlander "Brandy" (who's in his twenties) Formula4 Feet instead of ******** ******* (product name removed by Equi Life for legal reasons!). Quite frankly, I can't believe how much better his feet are - what a difference. Even my farrier is amazed at how much hoof there is to trim and also that his hoof is a lot stronger. I asked our newly opened tack shop, Petwise at Treforest, to get some Formula⁴ Feet for me and I gave him a copy of one of your advertisements. He now has four satisfied customers using it, all of whom have reported good things about the product. I have been using it for both my cobs since early in September this year (2005). I was previously using a well known broad spectrum mineral and vitamin supplement but gave it away because I was so keen to try Formula⁴ Feet. I am very pleased to be able to report that even in this short time I am glad I didnt wait any longer.

One of my cobs suffers with poor quality horn and although it may be a little soon (5 weeks) to report a marked improvement I am confident it will happen with the help of Formula⁴ Feet. The other horse has a rapidly disappearing mane and tail - not in keeping with his flashy personality - and people were remarking on his foal like tail. Today however one of my friends commented on how good both their coats were looking and how soft and shiney the mane and tail of my black cob was - what there is of it!. Nothing to do with good grooming as I am afraid of pulling out even more hair. I had been quietly thinking to myself that I could see an improvement but this just confirmed it.

I am looking forward next summer hoping to see a proper tail from top to bottom and not just a few wispy strands swaying in the breeze.

"I felt I must write to tell you how pleased I am with Formula⁴ Feet. My Connemara had a problem which made his hoof horn very weak and powdery. "I am sending you a few lines about Formula⁴ Feet. I have been a farrier for 38 years and I have always been somewhat sceptical about hoof supplements. However, some horses obviously suffer with poor feet.

After discussions with some of my customers, and mainly due to the endorsement by The Laminitis Clinic, I was tempted to try Formula⁴ Feet. The results have been very impressive, with definite improvements in horn quality. As a result I now have several horses using the product. "Hi, I have been using your product for almost 10 weeks now. I have noticed a change in my horse and was wondering if your product could be responsible as I have not changed any other element of his diet or management. He suffers from greasy areas of skin behind both front knees and over the last couple of weeks I have noticed that this has cleared up to the point where he no longer has sore looking scabs and crusts. I did clip off his legs last night just to check there were no nasties underneath, all his feathers and both knees were clean as a whistle. I originally bought the product because the wet, muddy weather had taken a toll on his feet so I thought I 'd give them a boost. His hooves are fine now and I seem to have the added benefit of resolving his knee skin problem. The condition you describe used to be called mallenders in the old texts, sallenders were a similar condition at the front of the hocks, usually affecting cobs or heavy horses. Formula⁴ Feet contains over 65 micronutrients which provide the essentials for the entire epidermis, all of which, skin, horn and hair are made from the same types of tissue. You cannot supplement the hoof horn without supplementing the rest of the skin and hair. I'm sure Formula⁴ Feet is responsible for your horse's improvement.
